Investigators are now working to trace the source of the funds and determine whether others were connected to the case.
Joint Operation Uncovered Alleged Illegal Madrasa
The investigation gained momentum after a coordinated CASO (Cordon and Search Operation) was conducted in the 25 Variya Housing Board area of Sidsar village in Bhavnagar district. The operation involved teams from the local police, the Special Operations Group (SOG), the Local Intelligence Bureau (LIB), and the civil administration.
During the search, officials said they discovered an alleged illegally operated madrasa functioning from a Housing Board residence. The findings prompted authorities to intensify their inquiry into activities taking place at the location and the people associated with it.
