The Surat Kiran Hospital Controversy has intensified after the death of a nine-month-old girl whose family has accused the hospital of medical negligence. Infant Was Hospitalized After Health Condition Deteriorated
According to information provided by the family, the infant, identified as Krishna Chaudhary, lived with her parents in Khodiyarkrupa Society in Surat’s Katargam area. She was the couple’s first child.
Her parents said Krishna’s health suddenly worsened on July 10, prompting them to rush her to Kiran Hospital for medical treatment. Following an initial examination, doctors reportedly advised that she be admitted to the hospital, and she was formally hospitalized on July 11 for further care.
The family stated that the child remained under treatment for several days while doctors monitored her condition.
Family Alleges Child Died After Needle Was Removed
The controversy began after the family claimed that the infant’s health took a sudden turn for the worse during treatment.
According to the parents, a needle placed in the child’s neck area was removed while she was admitted to the hospital. They allege that shortly after the needle was taken out, Krishna’s condition rapidly deteriorated despite efforts by the medical staff to stabilize her.
The child was later declared dead, leaving the family devastated.
At this stage, the family’s account represents an allegation, and officials have not publicly confirmed whether the removal of the needle directly caused the child’s death.

The mother alleged that immediately after the procedure, her daughter’s health deteriorated significantly and she could not be saved.
